AARP Virginia invites you to join us for Walk with a Doc, a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. Meet with a local healthcare professional, Dr. Astrid von Walter, to learn about a current health topic and then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk at your own pace and distance.
We meet up on the second Sunday of each month.
This walking group is a safe, fun, and FREE place to get some steps in, learn about health, and meet new friends.
The event is FREE and open to everyone so feel free to bring family or friends!
We meet in the Living Hope Seventh-Day Adventist Community Church parking lot.
