About the Event
In our virtual Ballet Fit series, presented by IndoRican Dance and running weekly through June 24, we’ll work to lengthen, strengthen, tone and increase our heart rate to create the ballet body aesthetic. Ongoing participation in such a workout can help reduce the risk of falling and enhance the potential for engagement in a wide range of activities.
