Established in 2007, New English has won over thirty medals for their carefully crafted beers, including the coveted 2015 GABF Gold Medal for Zumbar Chocolate Coffee Imperial Stout.

Creating a wide range of beers to enthuse a spectrum of moods and taste buds, New English brews everything from sessionable ales to West Coast hoppy IPAs. A couple of fan favorites include Pure & Simple IPA as well as Brewers Special Brown Ale. Humbly Legit IPA appeals to those in a hoppier mood, while the Why?Not Ale is a great option for a lighter beer preference. In October 2015, West Coaster Magazine wrote that Explorer ESB "is perhaps the best example of the style found in San Diego County."
