Boost your balance, mobility, and confidence in just 45 minutes! This lively class helps you feel steadier, move more freely, and stay independent. As we age, the systems that keep us balanced—our vision, inner ear, and leg strength—can lose power. The GREAT news? With the right training, you can rebuild and strengthen them. Move seated or standing.
We kick things off with an energizing dance-cardio warm-up, then move into fun, focused exercises that sharpen balance and improve joint mobility. We finish with a refreshing seated cool-down that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.
