The Carousel Park & Equestrian Center facility is located on 217 acres of New Castle County parkland and offers a riding lesson program, a therapeutic lesson program, pony parties, Girl and Boy scout merit badge programs, barn tours and a cross country course that individual riders can utilize for schooling their own horses. The course was designed by the Delaware Valley Combined Training Association.
