Bier Brewery is committed to the highest quality and best tasting bier in Indianapolis.  Each hand-crafted batch allows Bier to have the utmost control over the many variables that make up our awesomeness. The results have been delicious and quite successful at various events around the state, country, and world.

​From unique water profiles as a base for each beer, to balance and subtlety in all styles; we simply have a true passion for making great beer.​ Bier's bier is always clean, well balanced and very drinkable.

​Bier Brewery and Taproom has been family-owned and operated since 2010. Darren Connor (son) had the passion for brewing and Jerry Connor (dad) believed in him.  The Connor's started with a 55-gallon brewing set up. This "little more than a glorified homebrew system" quickly changed to an 80 gallon and 8 barrel system.
