About Us:

Tommy Streamer has loved craft beer for many years, but his love turned into obsession around 2005. At that time, he had his own outdoor brew stand. With the help of some friends, Tommy began having regular outdoor brew events on Grove Street.

Tommy and his wife, Kristi, purchased the Amber Lantern from Kristi's parents, Ron and Cyndy Smith in 2011. Deciding they were ready to turn a popular local hobby into a sustainable business, the couple took on the long-standing local bar and turned it into Wyoming County's first brew pub!

After major renovations, lots of paperwork, honing recipes, and lots of hard work, the Amber Lantern Brewing Company was born! Tommy took his education in Brewing Technology from the Siebel Institute in Chicago and put it to good use. Since its opening, the new Amber Lantern has been in high-demand with locals and travelers alike.

Being lifelong residents, Tommy and Kristi know Warsaw, NY. They are raising their children, Jake and V, as well as their beloved dog, X-Boy.
