Join us outside and learn more about healthy living through Tai Chi! This event is free and we welcome all ages and skill levels. Find inner balance, make connections, and learn more about how you can live healthier!
Bring a mat or just yourself to Greeley Park (100 Concord Street) in Nashua on June 26 from 10 am to 11 am. YMCA's very own Bill Sparks will take you through a mindful journey with the destination of physical and mental balance. Bring a friend and pick up some helpful tips and resources for healthy living.
Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.
AARP volunteers and staff will be on hand to share information and answer questions.
