Join AARP New Jersey for an empowering and interactive webinar that addresses the growing epidemic of social isolation and its serious impact on our emotional and physical health on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 12 p.m. OR 7 p.m. ET
More of a hands-on workshop than a traditional lecture, this session is designed to raise awareness about the effects of loneliness, shift the way we think about social connections, and provide older adults with practical tools and motivation to build and maintain strong, meaningful relationships. All you need is a pen and paper!
Attendees will be guided through a reflective exercise to create a personalized plan to grow and sustain their social networks—leading to a more connected, fulfilling life.
