AARP Discount on Daily Admission to Omaha's Durham Museum for WWI Photo Exhibit, November 9-24
Join AARP Nebraska for "Beyond Combat: WWI Through the Lens of Doc Cook" at The Durham Museum in Omaha, Nebraska, for a captivating photo exhibit offering a glimpse into the past and showcasing the profound moments and stories of World War I.
From November 9-24, AARP members and their guests can get a discount on daily admission to the museum to view the exhibit. To receive the discount, mention code "Veterans 2024" when purchasing a daily admission ticket at the admission desk. The discount provides a $2 daily admission discount for seniors (age 62+), regularly priced at $12; and a $1 daily admission discount for adults, regularly priced at $15.
About the Exhibition
Beyond Combat: WWI Through the Lens of Doc Cook
Developed internally by The Durham Museum and based on a collection of recently discovered photographs taken by WWI veteran Rudolph “Doc” Cook, this exhibition will offer a poignant eyewitness account of daily life during “The War to End All Wars” from the vantage point of an enlisted soldier and amateur company photographer.
Museum Location and Hours
The Durham Museum is located at 801 S 10th St in Omaha, Nebraska. The Museum is open Sunday 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. and Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. (closed Monday). Please note, the museum will be closed on Friday, November 15 for a private event.
