We start with a warm-up and continue with fun, easy moves that include strength and toning exercises using upbeat and energetic music that will keep you moving. We end with a cool down and stretch.
This program is open to all ages but is especially tailored for those 50 and over, focusing on maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
