Many survivors of trauma believe that their ordeal made them more creative. In this thought-provoking program, our panelists will share how tapping into their creativity changed their lives and perspectives after traumatic events.
Joanne Cohen will moderate the program and share her courageous story that led to writing the book, Getting Hit, Getting Up, Moving Beyond: My Journey Through Brain Injury. Artist and educator Katie Caron will discuss her Neuron Forest Collaboration with the Center for Bioethics at the University of Colorado, Anschutz.
