Join us every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. PT for a refreshing walk in the park.

This weekly meetup is more than exercise—it’s a chance to connect with your community in a relaxed, friendly environment while enjoying the outdoors. Start your day on the right foot and make wellness a habit!

How to Join: Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register. AARP membership is not required.

When: Wednesdays

Location: Paradise Park, 2745 Elementary Dr, Reno, NV 89512

Time: 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m.

Note:

Bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
You can walk at your own pace and choose your distance.
Please check in with an AARP volunteer wearing an AARP badge at the Parking Lot of Teglia's Paradise Park Activity Center.
Our team walks around the park 1–2 times.
Please do not be late; our walkers start at 10:00 a.m.
