The last session in our virtual cooking skills series will help you master salad-making, including how to think outside the greens box!
About the Event
All you need are five basic cooking skills for a good answer to the most important question of the day, “What’s for dinner?” With these skills under your belt, you can easily save time and money by using what you have on hand to prepare meals that will make your tastebuds dance a jig.
In this session, chef Sandra Lewis will teach Skill 5: Salad-Making, where you’ll learn how to assemble an enticing salad and make dressing from scratch. The trick is appreciating the diversity of what a salad can be, including thinking outside the greens box!
Lewis is an entertaining and inspiring chef who is classically trained. Questions are welcome!
Each one-hour session stands alone and you don’t have to attend prior sessions to register.
