We invite you to watch the first film in AARP California’s “Somos…Nuestras Historias” Movie Series celebrating the far-reaching and lasting influence of Hispanic culture in America and around the world. The premiere offering is the 2017 hit film, Coco, a tale about a boy named Miguel who dreams of becoming a famous guitar player despite the misgivings of his close-knit family.
When Miguel’s lofty ambitions cause him to run afoul of a curse, he must journey into the Land of the Dead to seek forgiveness from his ancestors.
