Meet Your Neighbors at Coffee Talk

Enjoy a free coffee and snack on us while meeting with neighbors and volunteers to hear from local leaders and organizations and join in a discussion. AARP Maine is thrilled to offer our monthly Coffee Talk! Our guest speaker for this month is Valerie Moyer, Programs Manager for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Valerie will share the common risk factors for suicide in order adults, how to spot the warning signs in others, and how to keep ourselves, our loved ones, and those in our community safe.
