Cooking for Caregivers: French Meals

AARP Illinois is hosting an in-person "Cooking for Caregivers" event, offering a cooking demonstration on how to prepare popular French meals, aimed at providing caregivers with simple and delightful meal ideas to take the stress out of cooking. Registered attendees will be provided recipes and samples of showcased dishes, equipping them with new culinary skills while offering caregiver support & resources, underscoring AARP Illinois' commitment to improving the lives of caregivers.
