Expand your culinary skill set in this online cooking class, part of AARP Pennsylvania’s occasional “Fresh Eats Cooking Series” offered in collaboration with the culinary arts educational program at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. Chef Emily Larsen will show us how to use familiar favorites from the garden in bold new ways.
In this demo-style cooking class, we’ll learn how to make Lemon Basil Pasta and Marinated Watermelon. Recipes will be provided, and you can also download a list of ingredients to have on hand.
