Join Terry Walters in the AARP kitchen as she shares this heart-healthy menu, complete with a decadent sin-less dessert to keep you and your Valentine healthy and happy. This class will feature heart-healthy leafy greens, anti-inflammatory vegetables and spices, and high-protein legumes. Recipes are all plant-based and gluten free.
