The Zimmer Children’s Museum is dedicated to teaching people about the BIG IDEAS of global citizenship, community responsibility, and cultural sensitivity.

The mission is to promote values that help make a better society through interactive learning, creative self-expression and art experiences for children and families.

About the Museum:

The Zimmer Children’s Museum, incorporating Jewish and community values and ethics, teaches all children and their families about big ideas and about making a difference in their homes and in the world. The Museum encourages community responsibility and cultural sensitivity by highlighting the ideals of respect for others, generosity of heart, helping those in need, accepting differences and celebrating uniqueness. Through its on-site educational and arts activities and school-based youTHink program, the Museum reaches broad audiences and is a venue for visitors from varied backgrounds to discover shared ideals.
