Established in 1892 and in its second century of service, the Valley of the Sun YMCA is the largest not-for-profit human services agency in the state of Arizona. The Valley of the Sun YMCA is a certified member of the National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America.

The YMCA provides programs and services that promote four core values: caring, honesty, respect, responsibility. These programs include: child care, youth sports, swimming, camping, gymnastics, teen, family and senior adult programs, health and fitness, and volunteerism.

The Mission of the YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy Spirit, Mind, and Body for all.
