AARP Eye Center
Mission
To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
Wisconsin YMCAs provide family-centered, values-focused programs that build healthy spirits, minds and bodies. In communities large and small, we remain one of the few places where people of diverse backgrounds come together for the good of all. Volunteer-founded and volunteer-led, YMCAs are for people of all faiths, races, ages, abilities and incomes.
In 2014, more than 600 generous donors contributed funds so that 4,432 men, women and children could benefit from Y programs, regardless of their ability to pay the fees. Over 20 percent of our membership base is served by financial assistance. We provided over 4,000 scholarships to children in need with programs like camp, swim lessons, youth sports and after school programs.
