White Pine Ski Resort

White Pine White Pine Ski Area & Resort is Wyoming's oldest ski area, located in the beautiful Wind River Mountains just 10 miles from Pinedale. Year-round recreation includes downhill & Nordic skiing, snowboarding, horseback adventures, downhill mountain biking, scenic chairlift rides, hiking and fishing during summer.

Citizens to Save White Pine has recently purchased the assets of Wind River Resort, the company that has spent the last ten years operating, planning, and building White Pine to the noteworthy resort that it is today. Citizens to Save White Pine is a new organization, with several local business members as founding members, whose primary interest is to keep White Pine operational for the benefit of the community. The group plans to have White Pine up and running, under new management, for this winter's ski season. See you on the slopes!
