Vision:
At Waukesha Civic Theatre, we are working towards a time when the following statements are true:
- WCT has become a cultural cornerstone where thousands of participants are engaging in the arts on a regular basis.
- The best and brightest staff, performers, creators, designers, and volunteers in the area come together to mount a season of varied, high quality theatrical experiences.
- A wide variety of people speak to each other with excitement about what they have just seen or anticipate seeing at the Waukesha Civic Theatre.
- Young people throughout the Waukesha community flex their creative muscles and have a heightened sense of cultural literacy through involvement in a variety of theatrical experiences.
- Downtown Waukesha is a hub of entertaining and challenging performing arts activity anchored and nurtured by WCT. This is one of the unique aspects that attract people to meet, work, and live in downtown Waukesha.
- The community has embraced WCT’s vision, as demonstrated by sold-out performances and the company’s overall fiscal health.
