Waterworks Gallery

315 Argyle Ave
Friday Harbor, WA 98250

360-378-3060

The gallery established in 1985, by Ruth Offen, and currently represents a diverse group of artists who live and work in the Pacific Northwest, occasionally expanding this area to include a few remarkable artists from other parts of the U.S., Canada, and Great Britain. The gallery concept and mission is to present artworks by artists who have established mastery of their techniques and knowledge of their subject matter, yet continue to evolve in expertise and medium.

The gallery is located in the charming town of Friday Harbor on the Island of San Juan, Wa. The landscape is beautiful and rich, with a wide variety of flora and fauna. The gallery represents the best of our Island artists who portray their experience of island living through sculpture, ceramics, glass, oil, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, pastel, and intaglio. Many of the art works represented here are traditional in nature, while some favor a more abstracted and non-traditional approach.
