" In 1961, a Public Golf Course, designed by Roy Albert Anderson, was built on 52 acres in beautiful Venice, FL.

In 1983, a private group of dedicated golfers dreamed one day of owning their own golf  course. They  purchased the course and formed the Venice East Golf Association
(VEGA).

Venice East Golf Course (VEGC) is a Semi-Private, 18-Hole Member Owned Executive Course.  Public is welcome except when Weekly Membership Leagues and other and hours.

We cater to the Beginner, the Experienced, the Young and the Senior Golfer. Driving Range  Customers will enjoy our mat and all-natural turf range, free practice putting green, sand trap and chipping areas.

Visit Venice East and you will be delighted by our well-maintained fairways and greens, customer service and affordability."
