Valkyrie Brewing Company was the first microbrewery in Northwest Wisconsin.
We started the brewery 21 years ago in Dallas, WI. For many years the brewery was called Viking. Through the years we have brewed over 38 different beers of our own plus a large number of contract brews. Dallas may seem like it is in the middle of nowhere, but it really isn't. It is a short jaunt from the Twin Cities and is located along a shortcut from there to Northwest Wisconsin's "Vacation land". We are only 10 miles off of Hwy 53 and 12 miles north of Hwy 64. It is a beautiful drive no matter which way travel to Dallas!
