About Us:
Union Pizza & Brewing Company opened in downtown Fergus Falls, MN in March of 2015. Ben and Tessa Schierer founded UPBC around the simple concept of promoting community through locally sourced food and beverages produced using traditional methods. UPBC has been met with overwhelming support from the community. UPBC promotes its use of local products and nearly every menu item is made from scratch on premise.
