Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District

The Natural Resources Department of Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District manages natural areas and wildlife in approximately 250 parks throughout the Beaverton area. Our mission is to ensure that natural communities within the Park District are respected, appreciated, maintained , protected, enhanced and restored as an integral part of planning and operations. Volunteers play an integral part in helping us pursue this mission by improving trails, restoring natural areas and providing environmental education to our patrons.
