Town In City Brewing Co

Justin grew up in a small, quaint town known as Lititz, PA.  Surrounded by farm land and the small community, Justin developed a taste for local and fresh.  Justin earned his B.Sc. in Chemistry from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA in 2005.  In 2004, Justin lived in Melbourne, Australia and got a sense of English and Australian styled ales and lagers.  Those tastes would travel with him to Golden, Colorado where in 2005, Justin brewed his first batch of Cooper's New.  From that point, Justin and his friends began brewing up a storm while he completed his M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from the Colorado School of Mines in 2008.  His career took him through Indianapolis, IN and finally landed in Houston, TX.  With experience in pharmaceutical and oil/gas chemical research, Justin sees brewing as the best form of chemistry.
