Torrent Brewing Company

Torrent Brewing Company was founded by home brewer Andy McCormick, longtime residents of Ames, Iowa. To say that he is passionate about beer is an understatement, a big one! Since the very first batch of beer was brewed on the stove top in Andy's kitchen things have really taken off. We have built and upgraded every component of our homebrew system to run exactly like our pro system in preparation of opening the brewery. Oh and we grow our own hops on a small scale farm (Arrowhead Hops). We can't wait to use this key ingredient after fall harvest!
