About the Course

No golfer needs an introduction to Tom Weiskopf: British Open Champion (1973), twice Canadian Open Champion (1973 and 1975), a total of 15 PGA tour wins, and voted "Player of the Year" in 1973. In 1984, Weiskopf became a golf course design consultant with architect Jay Morrish. This team has designed and built courses from Scottsdale to Hawaii to Scotland - some 18 in all - several voted among the 100 best courses in the world.

Jay Morrish, Tom's architect partner, has worked with Weiskopf since they formed the team in 1984. He served his apprenticeship with Robert Trent Jones, worked with other famous designers until he teamed up with Weiskopf in '84. Alone and with Weiskopf, Morrish has built championship courses throughout the U.S. and the golfing world.

The facility includes locker rooms with showers, a sports bar with satellite high definition televisions, a fair weather patio, multiple banquet rooms, a bride's room, a fully stocked golf shop and a restaurant. The restaurant is open year round and provides casual dining by day and fine dining by night with twinkling lights of the Twin Cities in the distance. It's the perfect place for family, golf, business or holiday functions.

Customer satisfaction depends on the efforts of many, so we are most successful when we work together and take pride in what we do. The Wilds Golf Club and its employees are brought together in a belief of quality. It is our goal to provide our patrons with the highest level of quality and excellence in service and facilities.
