The Marketplace DFW events are European Style community markets that encompass local growers, artisan, craftsmen, local merchants with handmade goods and live music!  Come out and enjoy a day filled with great, fresh culinary goodies & supporting buying from local merchants!

Good Samaritans of Garland's mission is focused on preventing homelessness and hunger amongst the working poor of Garland and the GISD. They believe that there is no more important thing in life than assisting others. They believe that anyone who comes to us for assistance deserves to be treated with caring and respect. To live those beliefs we have programs that ensure families have food, shelter and electricity. Their programs help those on a fixed income have a place to live, to have electricity and to have food to eat. Their programs help those who have made poor choices in their life to learn how to make better choices. Their programs help those who have few financial resources to learn how to better use those resources.Their dedicated staff and volunteers, board members and advisors and our clients make this a place where people grow and change, lives are changed and those who need assistance find it. Their desire is that there be no hunger or homelessness, but until that occurs, Good Samaritans is there to provide the caring help that people need. This Marketplace Event is Done in Partnership With The Garland Downtown Business Association.
