The Clubhouse at Timber Greens Community Assocition consists of various rooms to hold meetings, banquets or functions.
The Great Room has the capacity for two-hundred-fifty guests or two-hundred guests if you wish to use the dance floor. The room has a large gas fireplace, raised stage, five sets of double glass doors overlooking the swimming pool which extends to the golf course wetlands, and an extra large hardwood dance floor perfect for your first dance. The pool area, which may be requested for exclusive events, cocktail parties, or wedding ceremonies, is forty-five by seventy-five feet, holds one-hundred thousand gallons of water, and is adjacent to a twelve foot octagon hot tub.
The 19th Hole Bar & Grill at Timber Greens is a favorite place to gather for residents and guests after a day in the Florida sun and to catch up on the latest televised sporting events. Lunch is served daily from our extensive menu and our full service bar is a great place to socialize before and after dinner. The room is flanked by four televisions, a large fireplace, golf course wetland and pool views.
The Card Room can accomodate forty guests and has a view of the swimming pool and golf course wetlands. The room is enclosed with ceiling to floor windows, privacy blinds, and can be used for meetings with accompanying food and bar service.
The Arts & Crafts Room can accomodate sixty guests. The large, ceiling to floor windows can be concealed by privacy blinds and is primarily used for meetings and informal gatherings
