About Us:

This unique 9 hole layout is a par 70 regulation length golf course with double sets of tees to play each hole from a slightly different perspective. This course is guaranteed to challenge the golfer to use every club in his bag, and every bit of golfing skill he or she can muster.

Tee off from the elevated number one and ten tees that immediately drop 30 feet onto the fairway. Narrow tree lined fairways, strategically placed traps and 4 tee placements on each hole, make this course a test for all skill levels. The par 70 course measures 6,116 from the Championship (Blue) tees, 5,821 from the Regular (White) tees, 5,546 from the Forward (Red) tee and 4,956 from the Short (Gold) tees.

The original Sycamore Creek golf Course was built in 1932 and is located between Riverside Drive and Vickery Blvd. in the near southeast central section of the City. The site is accessible from Highway 287 and a few miles south of Interstate 30. The central location near downtown makes this course a favorite spot for an afternoon round of golf after work.

In June of 2012, the course will close for approximately 90 days to re-grass the greens and make improvements to the current clubhouse. These projects are being funded by gas well revenues derived at Sycamore Creek and our other facilities.
