Summersett is a scenic yet challenging 18-hole mountain setting golf course, which was redesigned in 1979 by golf architect, Tom Jackson.

Over the past ten years, we have carefully engineered a planned development, approximately 150 acres, around the golf course consisting  of.lots with spectacular views. Summersett Place offers home ranging from 2,200 to 3,000 square feet.

We are now pleased to offer Summersett Manor, a patio home development on the golf course. These homes offer a golf course setting, mountain views, and three different floor plans. Stop by our furnished model home any day of the week.
