The State Theatre of Modesto, Inc.'s philosophy is to operate Modesto's historic State Theatre in a responsible and fiscally sound manner while presenting a broadly inclusive and consistent schedule of films, performing arts & entertainment events as well as educational, civic and social events that are appropriate for the size of the theatre and respectful of its environment and reputation.
