The Sprout Brook Ball Fields are located off Highland Avenue at 84 Sprout Brook Road. The Town purchased the property in 1986, and built two ball fields. In recent years, both fields have been renovated with the installation of field lights and bleachers. These manicured fields are predominately used by the Town of Cortlandt Mens and Womens Softball League during the spring and summer seasons. The parking lot is also shared with that of the Hudson Highland Gateway Park. The park, located across the street, offers residents and tourists hiking trails and fishing.
