About Us:

The Friends of the South Boston Bark Park is a civic group established to manage, maintain and enhance the South Boston Bark Park.

The Friends are part of the Dorchester Heights Association. The Board is made up of nine members. The term of the Board is one year. Four seats are elected by the membership of the Friends of the South Boston Bark Park and five seats are appointed by the Dorchester Heights Association Board.

Friends of the South Boston Bark Park leases the land from the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.

The mission of the Friends of the South Boston Bark Park is to maintain a safe and clean park for dogs to enjoy.
