Shattuck Vineyard wine is distinctive offering both White and Red Zinfandel as well as Pinot Gris. The wines are made through a typical process; the grapes are crushed, de-stemmed and put through a temperature controlled fermentation followed by resting with some toasted oak for the red Zinfandel.  Once the wine is ready, bottling and labeling takes place at our winery. Our goal is to provide great palatable wines at an affordable price.  We are extremely happy to be part of this beautiful Sierra County.
