Sewanee Golf and Tennis Club
The Course at Sewanee is a 9 hole golf course located on the mountain-top campus of the University of the South. The Course was recently redesigned by Gil Hanse. Mr. Hanse, who earned Golf magazine's Architect of the Year Award in 2009, has designed some of the nation's finest courses. Some examples of Hanse and his team's work, can been seen at the Taconi.
