About Us

Approaching by the Creek, visitors are greeted by the natural beauty of Oak Creek and the towering Sycamores that grace the back corner of the famous Tlaquepaque Art and Crafts Village in beautiful Sedona Arizona. As the light breezes, so enjoyed in this enchanting village, begin to pass through the branches of the trees, the wind sculptures come alive in a dance that beckons you to come closer.

The sculpture garden invites visitors to sit in the unique rock furniture hand crafted from carefully selected stones and steel. You will enjoy the soothing sounds of the outdoor fountains and the kinetic and whimsical sculptures set amid the plush greenery. Once inside the gallery you are greeted by the warmth of this old home reflected in the friendly and professional staff that are there to assist you. From beautiful landscapes and authentic native American portraits, to modern multi-media collages, kinetic sculptures, heirloom bronzes and whimsical art, there is something for every tasteful collector. The art gallery proudly displays the artistic works of world renown artist and fresh, new works by talented artists that have not yet gained the recognition that will soon be theirs. There are even a limited number of Giclees in the gallery, as well as unique works of art in ceramics, pottery, wood and fabric.

Gallery History: Chris and Joyice Gere purchased the gallery from Don H. Pierson, in 2004 after establishing a warm friendship with the founder. As the Geres were returning home to Northern Arizona after long and successful careers in corporate America, they were in search of a business that would allow them to use their creative talents, work in a place surrounded by beauty and enjoy having a world of wonderful people come through their doors daily. Mr. Pierson has remained very active in the gallery, serving as the founder and continuing his tradition of assisting the Gere's in the selection of the finest art available for representation by Gallery. The Gere's are proud to continue the legacy started so long ago by Don and his late wife Elyse for presenting quality fine arts in a warm and friendly atmosphere by service oriented professionals who know and love art. An artist throughout his early years, Don has now turned back to his paint and brushes to further explore his love of painting. One of the works completed after his return to the easel was recognized and featured in a book recently published by International Artist Publishing entitled "100 Ways to Paint Landscapes".
