and Lake Center for the Arts – Circle Theatre Players is a not for profit multi-arts center located in an 1835 renovated, historically significant church in Sand Lake, Rensselaer County. With a mission to enrich community life through discovering, appreciating and creating excellence in theatre, the performing arts and the visual arts the Center’s activities promote the multidisciplinary arts and personal creative and artistic growth through presentation, education and participation. SLCA opened its door in 2003, after successfully renovating the building for handicap accessibility and public gatherings.
