We Do Not Provide Trail Rides.

We cater to kids and beginners. One horse at a time.
Wrangler Roger will lead the horse.
If you want to ride free-rein ask about taking lessons or leasing one of our horses.

200 lb. weight limit for riding full size horses, 50 lb limit for riding the mini horse.

What is there to do around Riverview Ranch n Resort?

Riverview Ranch n Resort is a unique place to relax, and an enchanting place to explore.

We are nearby everything Galena and the surrounding area has to offer.

Less than a mile south of us on river road is Chestnut Mountain ski resort. They have a nice pier that has a great view of the river, especially at sunset.

Right outside our front door take a beautiful one mile walk or bike ride south along River Road to the base of Chestnut Mountain and its pier. Chestnut Mountain has a beautiful overlook park (map); enjoy a picnic lunch with an amazing view of the Mississippi river while birds soar beneath you.
