In September 2007, a group of talented and passionate residents joined forces with Shakopee Community Education to create a new community theatre group to serve our area. For many years, Shakopee has been without a performing arts organization, despite the efforts of many eager individuals over the years. Neighboring communities have long enjoyed quality arts programming - now it's our turn!

This exciting new adventure presents numerous opportunities to get involved! Whether you prefer to work on the stage or behind the scenes, we've got a role for you! Arts enthusiasts like yourself can get involved in many ways - serve on a committee that fits your interests, help build sets or costumes, fill a creative role, work behind the scenes, or join RVTC as an individual or business sponsor!
