River Oaks Golf Club

About

This well-kept 160-acre course, that originated in 1938, sits on the Cedar River and is well-known for the inviting beauty of mature trees and a challenging 18-hole, par 71 (men) and par 72 (women) layout. 

Open to the public, River Oaks offers open golf, organized leagues for men, women, and couples with gold tees for seniors.  Personal and corporate memberships are available - feel free to contact the course management for more information.  Electric carts and cart sheds are available for rent. 

Private lessons are offered and the course management will work closely with you in planning and facilitating corporate outings and golf tournaments.  Gift certificates are available. 

The newly-built clubhouse features a special events room that overlooks the course.  This room is available for receptions, parties, or light dining and conversation between rounds. 

Beverages, including soft drinks, water, and beer are served on the course.  Mixed drinks are served in the club house. 

Golfers enjoy sharing this course with Minnesota wildlife.  You may expect to find deer crossing the fairways; a coyote resting near a tree; and loons, wild turkeys, and pelicans in and around the nearby river.
