Rio Rico Golf Club under the management of Sustainable Golf Management, Inc., continues to improve this long neglected Robert Trent Jones, Sr. course. Our goal at Rio Rico Golf Club is to adhere to the environmental creed of sustainable agronomy while preserving the integrity of Mr. Jones’ authentic Sonoran design, a modern approach to a traditional game!
Rio Rico Golf Club is a famous area for bird watching and has been designated as an “Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary”. We have established dedicated birding trails where you will see an abundance of species in our open air golf course and surrounding grassland areas.
