Welcome to Right Proper Brewing Company Shaw Brewpub & Kitchen! We are your quintessential neighborhood brewpub.  We are located near 7th St. NW and T St. NW, right next door to the historic Howard Theatre. We do not accept reservations, so just come on in!

We are a brewery and a restaurant, serving an eclectic range of house-made ales alongside casual American fare with a nod to Southern comfort.  We are crazy for yeasts, passionate about our beer, our food, our staff and our community.
