Aspen, CO 81611

About Us:

The Red Brick is a community resource for art, workshops, and activities. The building features a gallery, showing a monthly rotating showcase of art from local residents, with gallery openings on the first Thursday of each month. The Center itself is home to nine Aspen-based non-Profits along with 15 artists in residence. These artists provide opportunities for workshops throughout the year as well as open studios for visiting. The Red Brick also offers educational workshops for kids aged pre-school and up.

We Offer:

•A unique and historic facility (a former school) housing fourteen artist studios and nine non-profit arts and human service organizations

•Support for local artists through the Red Brick Artist Residency program providing low-cost studio space and by curating monthly Red Brick Gallery exhibitions featuring regional artists

•Administration of arts programming for the benefit of the entire community including art education classes, arts workshops, presentations and demonstrations and various special events

•An affordable rehearsal and practice space for the performing arts including dance, theater, music, yoga, exercise, karate and more.
