About Us:
Internationally acclaimed Wings Company is an ensemble of deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing performers who receive training in visual theatre and educational methodology. Company members gain professional experience through paid performances, residencies, and workshops. The company tours regionally, nationally, and internationally. The Wings Company has performed in Austria, the Czech Republic, Scotland, Hong Kong, and Australia. Wings Company members have been cast in lead roles at the Kennedy Center, Imagination Stage, Deaf West Theatre, and the Barksdale Theatre. Company members have also appeared in major motion pictures and network television shows. Company members have also been hired as teachers and instructor at schools, theatres, and summer programs.
